I’m from Varanasi, but my heart belongs to the whole world.

I started practicing Yoga when I was 8, as a way of life under the guidance of my Guru. Today, I’m a hatha yoga instructor.

My goal is to inspire and help students to move forward in their inner journey through my passion. In addition to asanas and mudras, I like to include mantras and meditation to the teaching. In addition to the physical practice, I also teach the spiritual side of yoga.

I always pay great attention to the specific needs and aspiration of my students, and develop a tailor-made program for each of them. I wish that my students can absorb my calm energy and leave the class with a peaceful feeling and a positive mindset.

Ayush teaches:

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a traditional practice emphasizing physical postures, breath control, and meditation, promoting balance, strength, and mental clarity. The practice is slow and involves static holds.

Ayush’s Yoga Journey

Ayush started Yoga at 8 and is a professional yoga instructor since 2015. He trained over 2,500 beginner and advanced yoga students.

He has learned Yoga with his Guru and complemented it with formal trainings from renown Indian schools:

200 hours RYT Yoga Alliance
100 hours beginner yoga instructor – 2015 Yoga Pushpa
200 hours intermediate yoga instructor – 2015 Yoga Bhushan
250 hours advanced yoga instructor – 2016 Uccha Yoga Bhushan
500 hours advanced yoga instructor – 2017 Yoga Visharad
1000 hours master – 2017 Yoga Charya


He also has a diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy.
