I’m from Rishikesh, India, but I leave in Chengdu now – Sichuan province of China. My family runs a yoga studio here and I focus more on online classes, with the objective of living a nomade life around the world.

I am a Professional Yoga therapist and Yoga teacher. My life begins with Ashtanga Yoga. I love practicing it. If you are looking for a physical movement and philosophy of Yoga then nothing is better than Ashtanga Yoga. It is a practice of breath and movement which can be practiced by beginners to advanced practitioners, including people with a disease. Through, Ashtanga yoga one can develop a lot of power and the mind become stable and focused.

Manisha teaches:

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a traditional practice emphasizing physical postures, breath control, and meditation, promoting balance, strength, and mental clarity. The practice is slow and involves static holds.

Ashtanga Yoga

Athletic style of yoga, centered on sun salutations as well as nine seated positions, a section of abs asanas and inversions.

Manisha’s Yoga Journey

Yoga is part of Manisha’s life since her childhood. She holds a Postgrade in Yoga Therapy and Teacher Training, as well as a Master Degree in Yogic Science.
