No new fancy Yoga styles here. My classes are deeply rooted in ancient yogic practices. Yoga is not just about twisting your body and doing the most difficult asanas. Yoga is about giving time to the higher self within you and focusing on the life force called as “the Breath/Prana”.
I try to help you stay energetic and happy during your day. Our body stores emotions and practicing yoga.
Priyanka teaches:
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is a traditional practice emphasizing physical postures, breath control, and meditation, promoting balance, strength, and mental clarity. The practice is slow and involves static holds.
Ashtanga Yoga
Athletic style of yoga, centered on sun salutations as well as nine seated positions, a section of abs asanas and inversions.
Priyanka’s Yoga Journey
Priyanka has two passions that fit well together: she holds two Master degrees: one in Yoga Therapy from Jain Vishva Bharati Institute (2022), an the other in Dietetics and clinical nutrition services from Symbiosis International University (2020).
She got trained as a yoga trainer at Morarji Desai Institute of yoga, where she got a diploma of education as yoga teacher for training and therapy.
