A good Yoga session works on body and mind at the same time
I am Yogini Chetna from Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
I have a Master in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University and I am a 500 YTTC Certified yoga teacher with 5+ years of teaching experience.
In your yoga journey with me you will get physically and mentally stronger, and I will also make sure the class is entertaining!
I teach for all levels of students, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Classes will be designed according to your level. If you have health issues I’m also qualified to develop adapted therapy sessions.
We will start with warm up exercises and Pranayama (breath). Then continue with sun salutations, some standing/sitting/prone/spinal poses, and then yoga flow. Finally, after an amazing workout, we will end the session with a short relaxation exercise.
Chetna teaches:
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is a traditional practice emphasizing physical postures, breath control, and meditation, promoting balance, strength, and mental clarity. The practice is slow and involves static holds.
Yin Yoga
Yin is a slow-paced and gentle style of yoga that works with very basic postures to increase mobility, mobilize, stretch, and hydrate the body’s extensive fascial network, and invite the practitioner into a deeply meditative internal space.
Power Yoga
Power yoga is a hybrid form of yoga that focuses on building strength and endurance, developed out of Ashtanga yoga. It is more a full-body workout than traditional yoga, with less focus on breathing techniques and meditations are more important.
