As a practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga, Meetu brings the dynamic and structured elements of this traditional practice to her classes. Her sessions are designed to build strength, flexibility, and self-awareness, reflecting her commitment to empowering students on their yoga journey.

Having specialised in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Meetu holds a 100-hour certification from Stri-wellness. This qualification demonstrates her expertise in supporting mothers through the various stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Her classes provide a nurturing space for expectant mothers to connect with their bodies, cultivate strength, and foster a sense of well-being.

Meditation holds a significant importance in Meetu’s teaching philosophy. With a certification from Spiritual Light Ashram, she guides students on a journey of self-discovery and inner tranquility.

Meetu’s passion further extends to Kids Yoga, She skillfully engages young minds in the joys of movement, mindfulness, and self-expression. Her creative and playful approach makes yoga enjoyable for children, thus fostering a positive relationship between the body and mind from an early age.
